ok never done anything like this before and ready to kill it

im 38 years old and have found myself out of shape. ive been hitting the gyme very hard last 6-8 months and have lost 20 lbs so far.Ive gone through a very hard divorce and now i sit a single father of two lil girls.Its been really hard but now im back and loving life ready to get fit and strong.this contest ids gonna be a great way to get some advice and motivation to stay on my goals.. thanks Ef and all who help out hear iys a great place to learn about fitnness and all that goes with it.

ok my goals are to get strong and loose my bellyi still got one but not for long
get around 10% and lowe on my bf and also of corse build some great muscle tone as well.

im hitting the gyme 3 to 4 times a week

my work out is kind of a push pull workout for strengh
and doing cardio as well

i will post my workout in more detail vry soon
my diet is pretty good these days probably not eating quite enough but its clean meats and veggies. i need to get some protein products to help it out.i have some whey protein that i make frozen fruit shakes with after my workouts but i think i need some more protein bars..my diet is key i know and its getting better every day, with working full time and juggling kids school and sports.take up a lot of time, I will post my diet up as well....

also injected 50 test p into glute first time ever injecting anything
butt hurts used a 23g 1.5'' needle
went to gyme yesterday to get a quik feel and did a light work out
then killed it today
by the time i git to russain twist and palnks swipped but pulled through

I only wait 2 min max in between sets pushing at all times moving fast as possible

Defo i think gonna focus more on cardio an burn sum shape before u start concentrating on weights,as u build muscle its gonna push fat out an def wouldnt do dbol as u dont want bloat u need to trim
 
my cardio is getting better im doing cardio on my off weight days
i usally go for 30 45 mins extra hard or 15 secs of every min
its hard ti keep that up for the full time but im trying tooo usallu 3-4 days week

my workout are not super heavey weight but deffinitly fast pace keeping blood pumpimg hard for the duration to burn more calls

dbol yeah havent done any might not
go full into the mast and test
next injection is tomarow
gonna get on t3 as well not sure how thats gonna feel
 
Pretty sure 1 of mod experts chime in an guide u mate buh to me i think ur best transformation is burning away at fat an if i wer u i wouldnt be touchin a cycle well not muscle buildin buh sure u get advice on diet training an sum stuff to help burn as def ur best chance at best transformation an u prob win as u big guy

1230 30 gram protein fruit smoothy
130 apple
2 dry roasted peanuts
330 mandrin orange
430 two spoons peanut butter
600 4 1/2 small telapia filets dry rub lil grape seed oil
carrots. four french fries baked..horsradish
800 probably greek plane yogurt and hlf apple
 
I would forget about the protein bar and N2 Mix. Look at getting the Whey, Replenisher, N2 Stim, N2 Burn, N2 Falme and PhytoSerm. You can ask some of the other guys about possibly adding T3, transforms and/or sarms down the road.

If I were you I would cut out the greasy fats like the sausage also peanut butter and French fries are no good. Eat almonds instead. Try to keep your carbs limited to things like oatmeal, brown rice and whole wheat.

Listen to boybounce, hit the gym but your objective should be fat loss. You're a big guy, if you focus on shredding the fat I think you'll be surprised how much muscle you already have.

ok today was crazy buzy but still killed the gyme gonna be sore tomarow.

my workout was the style as above but different exersizes

warm up was 10 mins hard elliptocal try maintain 170 blood pressure or what ever that reading is pulses maybee hmm

hang power snatches 95/5 105/5 115/5 125/4
forward lunges bb 45/6 55/6 65/6 75/6
back extensions 0/6 25/6 25/6 25/6
incline dumbells 55/6 65/6 75/6 85/6
t bar rows 45/6 75/6 95/6 120/6
single arm db overhead press 35/6 45/6 55/5 started to get cramps in my back so i didnt do anymore
1 arm pull downs stiing from overhead to almost floor 30/6 35/6 45/6 45/6
cable rotations 45/6 52.5/6 57/6 62.5/6
4 point planks 25 sec three times was wipped at this point

im really feelingit and gonna be sore

my diet was good as well

chicken, orange
chicken ,almonds, orange

35 gram protien shake frozen fruit
probably greek yogurt berries flackseen lil honey and oats

felt really great today great energy and not as sore as i thought but still pretty sore feeling goog and strong today.
my day went like this as far as diet and workout cardio day

two bite rasin bran
thee hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup outmeal

chicken and an apple

chicken and carrots and an orange
gyme 4:30 pm
eliptical 20 mins 2 miles
stationary bike 10 miles 32 mins

pot roast with carrots potatoes a onions mushrooms
i know it wasnt the best meal but it was a pretty lean piece of meat

gonna have yogurt berries flackseed and outs for snack before bed
oh yea last night i ate tuna fish instead od my yogurt snack . just trying to keep this real and lagit.

gotta go tend to the lil girls pluss im beat

Bro you have one hell of a lot of potential but.....we gotta pare you down a bit.
Also PM Nate and have him run over that cycle with you. There is the possibility that he may indeed have you use that dbol but in small doses. The anabolism of it could potentially help you cut off the excess pounds.

Yeah...lol. I was saying my friend just before that if I were on aas I would be doing really good right now as I would be putting on slabs of dense muscle and able to recover fast enough I hit the body parts twice a week lol.

Cs last time I was on was dbol and test e and was up at around 260lbs or do lol. The dbol def bloated me and I was doing no cardio and my bf was prob around 16% or so. But man was I strong as f**k haha. I remember inclining on the smith machine 365 for 8-10 reps and dling 500lbs from the ground with my squat over 400 as well. My problem was after my pct I ended up having to stop the gym for a bit to focus on school so my gains withered which sucked, but it happens. I have a good idea as to what I want I run next cycle but that will be a secret, maybe I will pm you my master plan for massive lean bulk! ;)

Yeah the other week did 275 squats below parallel and it was brutal lol. Recovered fine from it but doing it was taxing in the body haha.

That's the thing though, 125kg (275lbs) isn't even a thing for me usually but with this foot condition I just can't keep the weight there. My foot goes before my legs do!!!

Yeah see my problem is I get really bad back pumps when I do back do that always limits me.

Ah, I used to get back pumps from lots of kicking. 2,000mg taurine and plenty of potassium killed em dead. I hardly get any pump at all now, even from lifting, well I get em but very mild and never last long.

See I really enjoy getting pumps but on leg day I guess I will be looking at adding in the taurine to help with the pumps.

2,000mg seems to be the sweet spot for most peeps. But I'd recommend trying 1,000mg first, you never know, it may work fine for you at that dose and you've saved a few quid, bucks, dollars, spondooliks, wonga!!!!

Try eating a few bananas before training. They got loads of potassium in em which also helps kill back pumps. Taurine + banana = no pumps.

Problem is I am on a keto diet which means no carbs but once a week on Saturday for the first half of the day. Now if I do legs on Saturdays which I could be as that would be my second day during the week for legs that's find. For the other day though I am stuck cuz I can't have banana just the taurine. I could look into a potassium supplement though.
