Doing good bro. Been a lazy bastard healing up man. Diet back in check and training resumes monday bro. I tried to start back to early and got set back so ive been a fat lazy pig for almost a month. Lol but wont take long and ill drop this little bit of bloat. Training natty for a bit and then ramp things back up. The usual. Lol

I also am a trainer in my spare time, i train young athletes and there is nothing more rewarding than watching someone succeed mentally as well as physically. Some questions for you though.... How often do you vary your workouts. Ie low weight high reps? I have been hitting high weigh and low reps for about 3 months now and thinking about switching things up. How often do you vary your diet and why do you keep your sugar intake below 100 grams? My intake is much higher but it mostly comes from fruits and I am a sucker for sweet tea. We all have our weaknesses. Lol

Awesome man!! Its always great to give back! I am glad u will be following! To be honest my exercises change all the time. I have many "core" exercises for each muscle group but I might do different iso exercises one week or change up my workout tempo, rep range, number of sets, or order of exercises. I just ho by how I feel. I am a HUGE advocate of instinctive training. If I feel like going heavy, I do. If I feel my body wants high reps and supersets, etc. that's what I do. No matter what I always keep the intensity to the max. Regardless of rep range or weight, I usually do a hybrid of HIT training. I just put everything I have in to one or two sets and move on.

As for the sugar...its more of a personal goal. I am big on blood sugar control and keeping a low intake of sugar is the best way to do it. (I get most of my sugar in the morning and post workout) I am also trying to stay as lean as possible this off season and that constant blood sugar roller coaster can cause your body to store fat.

As for changing up the diet...it will probably be the same this whole off season. Every now and then I might change up the order in which I eat my food or make a tweak here and there just to change things up, but mostly it stays the same. If it ain't broke!!! Lol

So today's workout went well!! Well sort of. Lol. My shoulder was still a little inflamed so I didn't want to push it. I still felt very strong and the intensity was high but I upped the reps and dropped the weight. Hopefully by next week it will be better. So here we go!

The workout was short and simple but the pump was great! I am ready for this shoulder to settle down so I can get back after it! I will probably take it easy this week to give my joints a break. I feel pretty beat down from last week and I dont need a serious injury!
