as cobracock said nizoral def helps...I use it twice a week and each time i wash and then reuse as per directions...it def helps alot on my test/primo/var cycle I noticed the itching, I felt alot of tingling inthe "corners" of my scalp

I actually only wash mine every other day. But its really fucking long and its a pain in the ass.

How bout only doing EOD. You taking fish oil? or other omega 3 and 6's? that should lube your scalp. But you would have to take it religiously for a while to start seeing effects.
