Is this the best quality cycle for the money?

I want to do a cutting cycle this summer. Slightly increase size and increase strenth+definition. I am 195lb 14% right now. I would like to get to maybe 200 at 9%. I am looking to spend about 300 bucks. I already got the arimidex/clomid. Price are from GNC (Granero Nutrition Center TJ) because I live in San Diego. Winny hurts my joints and Fina has too many sides. Thanks

Looks good but if you can you should run the EQ all the way through. Other than that it looks fine.
