is this rutine any good for packing up mass

Flat Bench - 12,10,8,6,

Incline Bench - 10,8,6,

dumbbell flies 10 10 10

Millitary Press 10 10 15

Close grip bench press 5 10 12



tuesday------------------------------back/traps/biceps


pull ups
Barbell Bent-over Row
Dumbbell Shrug
cross body hammer burls
barbell curls/Close-Grip EZ Bar Curl
Drag Curl



wednesday----------------------------- legs/abs


Leg Extensions
Lying Leg Curls
LUNGES
squat
Cross-Body Crunch
Crunch - Hands Overhead
Decline Reverse Crunch



thursday ---------------------------chest/shoulders/triceps

Flat Bench - 12,10,8,6,

Incline Bench - 10,8,6,

dumbbell flies 10 10 10

Millitary Press 10 10 15

Close grip bench press 5 10 12


friday --------------------------- off



saturday -------------------------back/traps/biceps

pull ups
Barbell Bent-over Row
Dumbbell Shrug
cross body hammer burls
barbell curls/Close-Grip EZ Bar Curl
Drag Curl

cany any1 add or take away from it. take into consideration that i only have a bench and free weights.
 
in terms of splits and the likes. i want to hit at least the same body part 2 times per week because 1x a week just doesnt appeal to me to little. the deadlifts well im starting again after being off for about 7 months and i want to take it easy so i think i'll get my strenght up a little and then incorporate deadlifts into my workout
 
Too... much... stuff...

Drop the isolations, drop some volume.

for instance, don't do flies, leg ext, leg curl, and 2 of your 3 curls.

Also, do legs a second time each week; they're important.
 
ok so my bicep/back workout looks like this now:

pull ups
Barbell Bent-over Row
Dumbbell Shrug
barbell curls
Drag Curl


for legs.... are you saying i should only do squat?

You don't need any more than the following exercises right now:

Bench Press or dip
Overhead press
Pulldown
Row
Squats
Romanian deadlifts
Calf raise
and MAYBE barbell curls and/or shrugs.

Deadlifts, deadlifts, deadlifts........Back day MUST have deads......
 
Romanian deadlifts are still deadlifts. While I love standard deadlifts, they are not magical and I've covered all the important musculature with the exercises I have listed.

RDL is a partial lift. I prefer full ROM lifts over partials as main moves.

How would a partial lift as a main move be so much more benefitial than a full ROM?

I never said they were magical, just far better for "packing on mass" than a partial lift.
