Ok, i have a years membership at the gym in my college (which only costs $50 for the year by the way
) and im only at college mondays, tue's, wed's and fridays.
Monday = lower back, legs, abs
Wednesday = Upper back, shoulders, arms, pecks
Friday = lower back, legs, abs
**then next monday will be - Upper back, shoulders, arms, pecks
and so and and so forth...
Do you think this is enough exercise, 3 days a week? one day on and one day off minus 2 days in a row break (sat + sun)?
Thanks, just curious, it feels slow.
