Nolva should keep gyno away, maybe you could get by with just an anti-a like letro but then you have to kiss your sex drive goodbye. Letro with test is a killer of libido. So, if you are so estrogen sensitive, first thing is get the gyno cut out and stripped away and then stay away from AAS that aromatize.
