Do any of you do the Arnold Press? Do you think it's a big difference between them and regular dumbbell presses?
smith presses really hurt my shoulders. Barbell presses work alot better for me. I think the main thing to remember is to listen to your body. If it hurts, find a new exercise. This has taken me many wasted months to figure out.Yeah, I used them years ago when I didn't know any better. I think Dumbbell Presses and Smith Machine Presses are the safest pressing exercises for shoulders.

Very bad choice if the person performing it might be prone(or already have) Back problems bro. You actually get more leverage with your Back supported on a seated press. Just my opinion though.

Right on louden.... I like the way you think.
For real, why don't you drop this quasi-bodybuilder thing and just go full stregnth/performance....?
