Is T3 even worth using for say, the last 2 weeks of contest prep? QUADSWEEP?

2 weeks out..... Leanness not a problem, but just wondering if I should just throw in a low dose for these last two weeks. Will it even do anything for someone around 3.5-4%, or even kick in?

I know Quadsweep mentioned somewhere before that he used it the last two weeks of his contest prep.....

im new here, but not new to bdybuilding, if you want to keep your metabolism up chew nicorette gum. it tastes bad but can help re-fire your met. I think just as good as t-3 for a 2week time frame, this just from my exp.
 
I cant anwser your question bro...but looks liek u got ready quite good for contests be4 ..... and im willing to take soem advic you can maybe give me...lol too many people on this board doing 9th cycle @ 20% bf @ 150 lbs know what i mena giving advice..anyways...... I just took first t3 tab today 25 mcg..in morning...along with eca first dose...im sneezing.... and can feel soem shit in back of my throat... its ok though... and im trembling..... no tthat i think this is bad though=) im hypoer.,..what didi you feel when taking t3?
 
With only two weeks to go and being 3.5-4% it really won't do much in the way of anything spectacular. On the other hand it really isn't enough time to catabolize a great deal of muscle either so at best it will keep your metabolsim ramped up. That might make a small difference, but at this point out it won't be anything drastic or even all that noticable.
 
I have seen people make amazing changes in the last 1-2 weeks before a contest.It's as if the pressure of the comp. "wills" the body into shape.
For somebody pretty much ready at two weeks out,adding a small dose of T3 and GH might make a huge difference.
 
Thanks for the responses, bros. I've never used T3 before, that's why I asked. Just though I'd throw it in during the last stretch (low dose) to keep the metabolism going one last time....

CRNT93....btw, I'm dropping the GH as of today....been on it since before contest prep. Heard that it tends to hold some water, so I'd rather be safe than sorry... :)

any other comments?
