i trained back yesterday and i was wondering if it would be overtraining my biceps if i did arms today. i am currently on cycle as well so this should be taken into account. 500mg of test e and dbol 50mg a day
do u mean how high my concentration on working the back muscle instead of pulling with the biceps? i try to focus as my hand being a "hook" and pulling with my back.
i do biceps with chest and the next day back with triceps. if u really concentrate on the squeezing of your back muscles and think of your arms merely as hooks u should have no worries.

I do 3 day week atm and i go for legs on monday chest delts and triceps on wednesday and back traps rear delts biceps on friday i wouldnt do bi's after back day well not next day any way.
