Is IGF-1 supposed to hurt like this?

Just started my IGF yesterday and is something wrong or is it supposed to feel like I'm shooting Deisel fuel into my bicep? I'm only running 40mcg/ed right now, 20 in the am and 20 after I lift at night. But those 2 iu's hurt like a motherfucker goin in. Not after, just during the inject. I know this shit is supposed to be potent but damn!! Just wanted to get a lil feedback to put my mind at ease. I haven't heard anyone mention pain from it, but the stuff I got is def more initially painful than any test I've ever shot. Mine is 1000mcg/ml tho, not like the getigf.com kind thats in 2cc's. SO maybe thats it. Anyways, some feedback on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance to anyone with a little insight. - 849

Many times IGF is dissolved in acetic acid prior to injection... and in case you hadn't figured it out yet, injecting acid HURTS :) Just dilute it more with bacteriostatic water immediatly prior to injection( DON'T dilute the whole vial as this will rapidly degrade the IGF), or inject it sub-q. I always shoot mine sub-q, and while sometimes it does sting quite a bit going in, it goes away within minutes.

What Tux said, almost sounds like he knows what he's doing :)

Good points bro,

when i did IGF...i'd cut it dilute it like tux said. the first time i hit a shecific spot i'd be sore for the 1st day...then the next times i'd be fine.

the first time i did bi's though...it hurt like hell...after my body got used to it...it was my favorite place to hit with IGF...i love the soreness.

Much thanks for all your help bros.
I have a bottle of bac water for the rest of the vials I have, so I'll use that to cut the injects with and just order some more. Does anyone know a good site to get that bac water ? Thanks again guys. Plus when you all say go sub q instead of IM, do you just choose a diff site to inject or change pin size? I've got 29gx1/2" 50iu insulin pins. What are good places for sub q injects? I'll try those too, but since I keep reading that IGF can benefit from site injects to target more muscle growth in an area I've been trying to boost my left bi to match up with the right.

For sub-q, the abdomen is usually the best and easiest site. Just pinch some fat( or skin if you're lucky enough to have no fat there!), and inject right there. I've never seen any site growth from IGF, but then again I've never done it IM on a regular basis, I don't like injecting into the same muscle group more than once a week, much less every day!

I did 2 4 week cycles of IGF, 80mcg/day. I injected 40mcg am and 40 mcg pm. My left arm is about 1/4-1/2 inch smaller than my right so I injected almost every time into that left bicep. Needless to say that bicep was a pin cushion for each cycle. There was some initial swelling after injections but after the cycle was all done, my left arm was not closer in size to my right arm. I am convinced that the Long IGF has no site specific action. There were alot of people saying that the IGF that first came out, the stuff that only acts for a really short period of time, did have some site action.
