According to the american medical association normal adult heart rate is between 60 and 90. It is dependant on the individual. If you heart rate was like 70bpm before the cycle then you might worry if it gets any higher.
I am sitting at my desk at work after taking my third ECA stack of the day with a 63 bpm heart rate. I would say that is a little fast for just sitting around. Are you overweight? Do you ever do cardio? Just some things to think about.
normal heart rate is between 60 - 100 bpm...if your resting rate is above 80 I would get my thyroid checked...go to your local MD and ask him to draw a TSH level (thyroid stimulating hormone )...I'm out this bitch
oh yea...and the heart rate of 20 is a lot of crap...no one can sustain a BP high enough to perfuse vital organs with that rate....marathon runners have a rate of about 50...Late
