If source posting isnt allowed, how are the newbies ordering from him with asking for a source? Just wonderin bros......

No source postings is allowed, but he is definetely the easiest source to find considering his very low prices and the fact that he makes his own gear in China.
He is allowed to post on other boards but not this one.
Whether his stuff is good or not, I'll never truly know because I will never use it.
But remember that people say his stuff is bunk when they got it from remailers,(someone selling IP gear) when the remailer coul be the one screwin' them over.

It's not that they are neccissarily advertising for themselves. What you are doing by asking your question is a form of advertising from them. They've obviosly accrued a large enough client list that they do not need to advertise, their customers do it for them. True you can not source post but, somebody will eventually let others know but only once they have gained trust. Just because someone doesn't have many posts on this board does not mean that they are not a member of another board or that they have not established sources by means other than the internet. It all boils down to trust. 1 trust 2, 2 trusts 4, 4 trusts 8.......see how that works. Just plain ole business sense.
