injection site problems

im doing about 7 shots a week right now. for some reason, i havent been able to do a shot in my right quad for like 2 weeks. as well, sometimes my ass cheek, seems to tender to do a shot. im only using 25gauge needles. is this just from a build up of scar tissue or what??

as soon as it starts to pierce muscle, the muscle starts to twicth. i try 4or5 spots on the same quad , but still get the same problem

The muscle twitching sounds like you may just be tensing up as you pierce the muscle. I had that happen to me in the glute once or twice. You're nerves in that muscle may just be extra sensitive too. Are you piercing the skin/muscle fast enough?? you may be going too slow and causing the twitching by kind of digging around.
