I give you guys a tip who don't know about it... Hip shots are the way to go.
Injecting Quads. Tips?

Whoa Hip Shots? I've read many sites about sites to inject and i've seen lats, pecs, glutes, quads, triceps, biceps, calfes, delts, traps, but never hips, so i wouldn't know where to start, i just hope you are serious. lol.

wait ten after the shot and massage the shit out of it, will halve inj site pain

Well i've done it, i did my right quad shot this morning 500mg sostenon and it went pretty well no pain or veins or anything just some soreness around the area but i guess that's normal, i'll do my left quad tomorrow of 300mg eq.

Well after a few hours i can tell you that the area is really sore and it hurts when i stand up after a while of being seating, i expected to hurt a litte but no this much although if this is normal i don't really care.
Any thoughts?

OK it just that i never had this soreness with glute shots.

The quad is known as a somewhat painful injection site.

Me personally I shave the hair around my injection area so I can remember where I injected for next go around. There is only a few spots on the quads I like to hit.

Can you tell witch spot are those? how do you measure your quads? i go to the upper third of my outside of my quad.
