OK, I humbly recommend that Swole NOT reply to this thread even ONCE so that no mod can allege that this is an advertisement. I'll continue posting my results on this one too... (results have been excellent so far - I'm in week 4 or 5, can't remember).

If we keep this thread restricted to people who are actually ON the diet we can get a more representative picture than by hater posts from mods and self-bumps from Swole (no offense Swole, I love your diet, but you'll get more credibility if ALL feedback is coming from dieters exclusively - you know the feedback will be good anyway ).

OK.

Regarding the carao thing....it was technically advertising but
I view it as advertising for a good cause. The person who makes the carao diverts some of the money he makes to helping anemic children in Nicaragua.
