I used straps on that set, no belt and they were continuous reps...no pause in between.

It really is awesome, especially being natty for 8 months and still getting amazing gains in size and strength.

I love all of you.
Nothing wrong with straps it a must for me on anything over 200!

Great job dood. Do your shins get torn up? Every time I do DL's my legs look like I started skateboarding again.
 
Way to go big man!! I love/hate the feeling in the back of my neck/traps after ripping a set of heavy deads. 5 biskets for a single isn't very far away for you.
