hahaha... I have shin scars from hell right now, I learned and ... really learned fast that I needed to protect them. So due to wanting to perfect my dl form, I would wear shorts, but also outfit them with some kick ass adidas socks that came quit close to above my knee cap and sported the converse shoes that are so 80's.

I get looked at a freak though, and quite sure laughed at from time to time.

i'll see if I can find my dl pics! seriously, those socks are white with two bright red stripes across the top, kinda like soccer socks and then I have the old time converse hightops to go with that.

I've gone shopping in that attire a time or two, not even ralizing that I failed to change my socks and shoes.... LOL ... eek :worried:

that weight you put up is great! I'd love to get to pull over 350, but I have this whole grip issue with my left hand for the last few years due to surgery. Without wraps I can't even pull my max that I was used to pulling which I believe was a 290 with reps. I have no grip strength at all... :( depressing

I used straps on that set, no belt and they were continuous reps...no pause in between.

It really is awesome, especially being natty for 8 months and still getting amazing gains in size and strength.
