I'm falling apart

My elbow hurts, somehow I've damaged the tendon in my left bicep. I split my left hand open somehow, probably from just being dehydrated. Plus, my leg is swollen as shit, as we all know. On top of it all, my nips are still fucking bugging me. I'm hoping that with some L-dex I'll be able to correct these damn lumps, or at the very least tie them over until I come off and they can go the fuck away on their damn own. I'm seriously contemplating suicide...maybe not all that seriously but still. Oh God, sweet Jesus, somebody hold me and tell me everything is going to be okay.

Fine. 5'10", 217lbs, 9-9.5% or so now. I'm white as all hell though, which isn't helping. I need to tan. Write that down. Thinking I'll diet soon and just get shredded with the last 8 weeks of this cycle.

What the hell are you talking about? Was it from a shot? Did you go to the doc? If the pain went away but you didn't take any doctor-prescribed meds SPECIFICALLY for whatever you showed him, then it wasn't an infection.

lol, fine then, it was hot to the touch, my shoulder was red and spotty, and it itched.

but now its okay, actually it was mah first delt shot and I was mad nervous, I was shaking a little bit, and the pin spun around a few times when I tried to aspirate, so I probably just cut the hell out of the inside of mah muscle.

a couple days later I did the other delt and it was perfect, it didnt hurt at all ever

That's not an infection. You'll get that often probably, most often with gear with a high BA content or stuff like prop, when you furst start to shoot it. It's just an irritation. Scary, but not much to worry about.

sweet, thanks for letting me know, it didnt happen on my last shot, so hopefully it wont happen again, I was hoping I wouldnt get an abcess or anything

Project, how do I keep my lower back from rounding when I hit the hole. I remmeber someone said you had exactly the same problem and I should talk to you. Can i send you a video?
 
Nathan, you need some 'cream of sum yung guy' to rub on the affected areas........its an old Korean remedy that is sure to heal your aches and pains.

Sure, although I don't know that I necessarily have the clever answer. My back still rounds at times when I squat.

I did a lot of gm's to bring my back strength up, and it got to the point that my back had outpaced my posterior chain. The end result was, when I would squat heavy, I'd compensate for that weakness with my back.

So, I revamped my squat form, and I'm working hard at flexibility, and bringing up my hamstrings, hips, and glutes.

Hell, my adventures in squatting are a long story...here's one thread about it.
