there was a post maybe 3 days ago that said it was the buildup of estrogen that did close your growth plates up.. so, in theory, using liquidex would prevent that from happening. whether that post was right or your right i dont know.

Since I never had to worry about it I didn't put much time in researching this or retaining it but I believe I read something to this effect. That it was the prescense of excess androgens convertin from test to estrogen that increased the estogen levels in the body and went to work on the growth plates (something like that but it isn't test directly). Obviously this ties into puberty and administration of hormones. Seemed logical but I'm not exactly sure I have it correct - been a long time since I read it.
 
Bro, you got some great advice here from real knowledgeable bro's, you should feel privaleged that they all took the time to talk to you. Seriously read through all of these posts and you'll learn A LOT. I'm glad to hear of your decision to wait, believe me you'll look back years from now and be grateful. Remember, train, eat and rest, all are just as important as the other. Best of luck!

OK I just now read this post bro I'm 17 gonna be 18 in like less than 2 months. I've thought of using gear like you have so occasionally I'll come on here. I also experimented like you with the IP anavar shit to tell ya the truth. GUESS WHAT IT DIDN'T DO SHIT FOR ME. I decided to take everyone's advice on the PL boards b/c that's what I am A PL. I know there are alot of BB's on here that have replied to his post great job on changing his mind, it'll be healthier for you in the long run. Now I know some PL's have replied too that's a good thing so you can get a piece of advice from both sides of the training world.

The first thing I honestly think you have to do is change ur diet up. Your eating more protein than carbs and that means not enough energy. Your 6 0 175 @ 15%BF. If your playing football you should at LEAST be 220 at your height.

I know girls like the abs and cut but guess what if they like you for that dude that's all they want u for. I have a girl and she doesn't care how I look. I'm 5 8 196lbs @ 11%BF. I don't care about my BF all that much I just care about being strong.

About 5 months ago I was 5 8 160lbs now this is what I did to gain 35lbs, NOT AS. I instead found a workout routine, westside which is a powerlifting workout, and starting eating 4,000+cals/day. Don't eat all these cals in 3 meals I did them and am stil doing them in 6 meals. Sometimes it'll reach 7 depending on the day.

Please listen to me I'm a youngin like you build yourself a base before you start using all these cutting drugs. If your playing football you need compound movements like hang cleans, powercleans, push presses, snatches, hang snatches, clean&press. Than of course you need to squat that builds the legs the best but you need your explosion movements too. I know you probably bench elbows out so you need to focus on your chest/shoulder strength. I bench with elbows tucked in so I focus on tris/back/lats/delts. And guess what ever since i switched to elbows tucked in I GOT ALOT STRONGER.

If your goal is to get stronger do me a and yourself a favor and post on the powerlifting board for help. If you stil want to post on here thats fine I'll come on here when I'm bored just to look and get ideas as of now for my 20th b-day when I want to start a cycle. I already have some ideas of what I want to do and goals of course are gonna be strength.

Please do yourself a favor and gain whatever you can before AS.
