IGF-1 LR3 Users

your bodyweight dictates your dosage...you need 1mcg per 2.2 pounds of bodyweight...

there is a lot of debate over whether to take pre or post workout...everyone does agree that the dosage should be split up and taken about 12 hours apart.

Most people seem to get better results with IM.

i used 100 mcg per day as a bridge...50 in the morning and 50 post workout and it worked great for me. I kept almost all my cycle gains plus stayed lean and vascular. I'm going to use it as part of my cycle next time but i have to say that this was the MOST effective PCT i've ever used.
 
Results aren't typically drastic with IGF, but I think anything less than 60mcg is not worth it.... 60mcg has done nicely for me, at least during PCT anyway...helped maintain my gains post-cycle, helped against crashing too heavily....plus it helps grow new muscle that you can blast with AAS down the road.... gonna try 80mcg next time around and see if it makes a big difference.

No they dont, many feel one shot, post work out, split bi laterally in to the muscles trained is the best way to use it.
