Doubt if he'll go to prison for it, NY prisons are pretty overcrowded as it is, particularly if it's a first offense. Even if his GF took him to court she couldn't get any more than the vet bills. You can't take someone to court over an animal's pain and suffering.

If the long arm of the law hasn't already identified who it is, there are records kept by Youtube and other hosting sites of the original IP address that uploaded that to whereever it was first seen. You just have to know where to look, and whom to call :cool: . And if not, at least thinking about it will vent some of the anger.

i saw a video once of a guy who was taking care of someone's house. they had a camera up recording everything just in case. the crazy fucker was punching fish in a fish tank and smacking them on the head with a toilet plunger and holding them down. now that's some straight up issues right there.
