Kidney numbers are elevated again

I've been getting my kidney numbers tested now every three months. When I'm on cycle they're elevated. When I'm off cycle they go back down to normal. I know that this is pretty normal stuff but my question is: when I'm on cycle, what are some supplements I should be using? Should I just go with tudca 1000 mg a day and call it?

When it comes to kidney numbers it's not good to keep them elevated for a long time. That can cause long-term problems and dialysis.
