I think I got gyno.........please help

I am at the end of week three of a deca only cycle( 200, 400,400) and have just noticed some lumps in my right pec above and around the nipple area.they are not sore or really hard( kinda soft lumps). My nipples are not puffy, neither have they been sore or itchy.
I was fucking stupid and did not check for lumps post cycle so I have nothing to compare it too. My body fat is high also( about 18%) so I don't know if this is contributing to the cause, and I seem to have a bit of fat around the bottom of my pecs.
They don't look abnormal, but I am kinda stressed about this, but could just be first cycle paranoia!
What do you guys reckon I should do?
Can your regular doc diagnose gyno?

deca at those low dosages rarely causes gyno. if perhaps you are EXTREMELY susceptible to it, any gyno caused by deca will be from progesterone. as stated above, nolvadex will do nothing to combat progesterone induced gyno. instead, include some winny in your cycle. it works well against progesterone gyno and quite frankly deca and winny work well together. you should see much better results than with deca alone.

OK it's gyno!this morning I got up and the lumps were tender and my nipples feel kinda weird.What the fuck should I do.I really want to finish the cycle so should I stack with winny( will this work) or am I just risking a big ass set of titties

No shit, me too. better be stopping that deca the second you have it confirmed or now if you dont want to risk it. Perfectly easy to get gyno within 3 weeks

these other guys are right, if you can get Winny get some, but let's be realistic: you're looking at a 95% chance of getting fake Winny, and at this point you are NOT in a position to take your chances!

On another note, I too hate Deca now, too expensive, too faked, and even if REAL, it takes gram amounts to see real gains of it alone...
