If you are in your fourth year of training then you should be able to complete your workout within one hour without any problems. I suggest a minimum of three exercises per muscle group for 5 sets with decreasing reps and increasing weights but you have to do what is comfortable for you. Have a read through the Weight Training section of the forum for alternative routines.
Although you can train back-to-back, you should never train the same muscle groups in this manner. For optimum development, you need a rest period in addition to a good nights sleep. This is the area which is letting you down but will be difficult for you to change due to your profession.
As for the Lipo6: Thermogenics, in general, work by continually stimulating the production of norepinephrine (NE). NE will stimulate fat breakdown but will inhibit insulin release. If growth hormone levels are high but insulin levels are low, insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) will not increase. IGF's are responsible for anabolic growth in muscle tissue. So by using the Lipo6, even in moderation, you are limiting your potential development. Lipo6 also has mild appetite suppressant effects. The 'boost' you are experiencing is likely from the 200mg of caffeine. Lipo6 is not a supplement which should be part of a bulking routine.
Concentrate on a structured weight training program, high quality foods, sufficient rest (sleep), and restrict your use of supplements to Protein and Water.
