I just came back from my first visit with a nutritionist...

To start me off for the first 4 weeks the only supplement i will need are Whey,dextrose,flax oil and of course a diet and exercise routine that he will give me tomorrow.I told him that i wanted to put some lean bodymass but stay cut at the same time.What do u guy's think?
 
Diet is THE most important part of any sort of program so you've done the best thing by visiting a nutritionist. As long as they are a good one lol. The info on supps looks pretty standard
 
Fish oil is probably ideal but flaxseed does have two benefits IMO.

It's cheaper.
It's vegetarian.
