I remember when I use to snort(never iv) heroin or OCs I use to take benadryl to help with itching my face off (tell tale sign for the wif that I was using heavy narcotics)

been there too bro
had to go into a locked down rehab facility for a week
OCs were great when u had them, but it was the end of the world physically when ya didn't.

The will to get sober came to me when i had nothing left but tears and the filthy shirt on my back , and I can remember getting down on my knees crying and just screaming at GOD for help.......And help he did

and always will, when he is sought....

that's your three majic words! God help Me! They make everything possible.
When shit's getting too much to handel and the monster is on your back, whether it's alcohol, crack, meth, whatever your deal is, when the monster is trying to pull your brain out through your nostrils, have that moment of clarity to use your majic words. Then be still and let it work. If you can get to family, a meeting, sponsor or sober friends, that's when you make the mad dash out of there. An alcoholic alone when his mind isn't right is in bad company.
I found that there was only two times that I never used, 1) when I was praying, 2) when I was at a meeting. I'd pick one or both of those till your OK.
