The habitual part of it makes me so annoyed and angry sometimes. That passes and I feel a bit better. It just feels like as soon as I get done with work, I'm on edge for the rest of the day. Even if I work out until I'm sick, I get this anxious energy and feel like I could punch someone's face so hard my hand would break through the back of their head.
ahhhhh, welcome to LIFE! Learning to deal with shit sober is a MF'er isn't it! And now you can't act like a complete asshole, someone is depending on you NOT to. and there's consequences if you do, which is certainly different.
You'll learn new ways to cope, in time. but until then, you have business to attend to, whether it's changing time or feeding, your da man! But you get the awsome title for all that, Daddy. It more than makes up for it.
Never try to swalow too much at any time, take time out for yourself when you can, eat well, and get plenty of rest when she's asleep. You don't want to be tired if you can help it.
You don't have to stop drinking forever, just for today. Tomorrow's not here yet, so don't worry about then. It's just for this afternoon, you can hold off till tonight, etc.
Your a good man, you can do it.
