I had a panic attack about an hour ago

sounds like a good idea to me.

ive done that before and gone overboard with stims and drinking binges. its a bitch to get out of but try and cut the coffee out for 2-3 weeks ortiz.

afterwords ease into it by only drinking 1 cup every other day.
 
take two weeks. . .14 days. . .stay away from everything that has the potential to be mood altering. . .drink at least a gallon of water everyday. . .eat CLEAN, but don't over-eat. . .exercise everyday (including at least 20 mins of moderate cardio). . .make sure you have at least 6 hours each day to dedicate to sleep. . .feel better. . .then, ease back into your regular lifestyle (with moderation). . .digi-detox. . .

Your body is trying to detox something 'tiz. You need to completely abstain from coffee. Coffee is alright in moderation, but it's acidic and breeds inflammation. Obviously there's other "real" shit going on, but the body is unable to handle it cause it's fighting off all those toxins you're throwing at it. Consider fasting too fucker. Fasting is the quickest detox but if you're not experienced with it you'll never make it more than a day cause you think you're just "dying" of hunger when in reality your body can go for day's without much food at all.....just water up. Eventually you "have" to get to the point where you can drop the benzo's. Those fuckers are only patches that help chill you out in the short term but set you up for more attacks for which you'll need more of em......it's a viscious loop. Take care of yourself and all you'll need is a little weed now and then.
