Today is an off day because at my gym, the idiots love to cram in on friday & get their 30min workout in just taking up space...
They leave people like me with no choice to come in tomorrow morning while the dickheads sleep off the alcohol from the night before ha. no biggie i like throwin weight around nice & early in the morning

Hey everybody, I've been on MK-2866 Osta for a week now & I feel pretty amazing to say the least. All my lifts are up, although I'm not one to check the scale more of a mirror guy, I look a lot thicker.
Coming in I was a lot more vascular but now my skin is tighter with lean muscle. I've also been reading around the site trying to gain more&more knowledge.
I plan on switching up my cardio to 20 min HIT 3-4x/wk with the intent on losing as much fat as possible & obviously preserving the muscle as much as possible.
My diet is still the same, getting more sirloin & shakes in, I'd like to see some size increase by 8 weeks.
Yesterday was pretty normal as far as diet goes.. all sirloin, all day. I treated myself to a baked potato with my last steak.. the carbs tasted pretty amazing hahah. I never really enjoyed the traditional thanksgiving meal so I wasn't stressin it too much.
Today I am back in the gym, going to blast my shoulders & bi's, I'll post up my workout later on today. The osta is working finely, leaning me down, muscles are always hard/ full. I am about to dose & get to the gym! Until next time!!
Add mass quantities of green veggies,,, broccoli, green beans, assparagus, heads of romain, ect to all your solid meals. This will go a long way in keeping you full since you consume no starches.

Yesterday I had an amazing shoulder/bi workout. the concentration was amazing, pumps were amazing. I followed the workout up with 15 mins of HIT on the elliptical. I did have a question about my training though: I am currently doing 6 reps per set to keep as much as the muscle as possible, but with the osta everything is getting easier, sooo by moving up to 8-10 or even 12 reps a set will this hinder my gains at all because i'm not getting any carbs?

I love it! haha Today has been two weeks, & yesterday i set all new PR.. endurance is amazing, strength is there, & it keeps leaning me out. Lean mass is just keeps packing on.
