I can't get pissed enough in the gym anymore, are steroids the answer?

I do 20mgs dbol pre workout with a can of redbull add the headphones and my motivational music and no one can take me out of that gym for 45 minutes.

This is it. Personally i've never felt what you are wishing to feel from any compound while IN THE GYM, and i'm currently on test/tren/mast.

Diet is what to look at first. I used to be on the Anabolic diet and 3 days after the carb load was it. Workouts sucked. 1 day after the carb load and i'm feeling bulletproof in the gym.

Now i'm more steady and timed with carbs each day and my workouts are they best they have every been. Post up your diet from morning to pre-workout. The answer will be there.

1) She's very educated in the subject, and getting another degree I believe.
2) Takes great care of her body.
3) Trains hard and is smart about it.
4) I doubt she takes any shortcuts at all when it comes to fitness.

I train really consistently with undulating periodisation.

I eat really clean, my idea of a yummy treat is stuff like dried figs, Marks and Spencer luxury roasted and salted nuts, goji berries and cacao nibs.

I can't remember the last time I ate fast food.

If I can't understand the ingredients on the package, I don't eat it.

I am getting ready for a BBing qualifier right now, I am behind so I am doing loads of cardio as well.

It really shows, too- props. Just another example of the importance of good nutritional program. I hope reading this helps any of the the newbs who look to gear as a shortcut...it's about diet & nutrition, hard work, good form, and consistency.
