melatonin works but start out at a low dose 3mg works for me. The best would be to combine that with some ghb

Ok. I used the restorol last night and I feel drunk this morning! I think it was the fact that I still
slept like shit last night. I guess it is the anavar. Maybe I will throw in some ambien. I hate this
slugish feeling though. When I got up to take a piss and then laid back down, my mind wasn't
racing as much as without the resterol. Next time I am up, I will just think about some of my
fellow bro's who are up doing the same.

Pissing in a big cup is not a good idea for me. I often wake up with a big piss hard on and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Instead, mount a urinal kind of high up on your wall next to your bed. Or if you don't want to get out of bed, mount the urinal over your headboard. Just stay laying on your back and aim over your shoulder.
