I Can't believe what just hapened!!

hi guys,
Few minutes ago i was preparing my primo shot(2cc) from this underground lab called liqua tech,i shot like usual in the shoulder, and i swear after i had finished the shot i started coughing alot probally like 3 minutes....it reminded the * Fina cough* i had already had in the past from taking fina.

What happened?
