Fuck no this is not my first cycle bro! I'm fucking 30 years old bro! I've been doing this for quite sometime. Bros please! I have been eating and drinking a protein shake with my meals. And I have been eating every 2 hours! From 4am all the way until 10pm for the past 4 days! And I have been drinking 2 gallons of water per day! I haven't gained shit back!!!

Look, not to gross you out guys but the truth is the truth. I only had that watery diarrhea for about 2 days. After that it was just yellow crap coming out. Some yellow sort of like goo! Really fucking gross! And the abdominal cramps were unreal!!!!

I tried to eat but it was impossible during that whole week. I was 212lbs and only eating 2-3 times a day bros! I lost muscle....nuff said! I did not gain anything back in the last 4 days after eating every 2 hours ( solid and shake meals combined ) with 2 gallons of water. And what I'm more pissed off about is that this shit ate my legs up really good! I have fucking chicken legs now!
 
bro, i'm pretty sure u lost water and not LBM unless you were extremely nutrient deficient during your illness. even if you ate absolutely nothing for those few days, i highly doubt you could lose 7 lbs of LBM. when you lose water through an infection like you had, you'll lose it from everywhere. muscles contain a lot of water so a substantial amount could have come from there in addition to subcutaneous sources. like everyone has said, jack up your water intake (2-3 gallons ED), start eating consistently again, and you'll regain the weight.
 
I feel your pain Carth. After Christmas I got the flu. I couldn't eat or sleep. I got on the scale and was 228lbs!! I lost 9lbs. I still have no apetite. I am forcing food down... and.. not gaining much wieght back. It sucks. The plus side is it leaned me out a bit. But I feel fucking tiny when I am under 240.. shit I feel tiny at 240!
 
The point here is not to gain back what I lost. It was to keep adding to what I had already gained! Fine! I will gain it back. But that will not make me happy!

Fucking hard head! There is no way you lost that much lean tissue. Do you realize how catabolic you would have to have been to waste almost a pound of muscle away per day? Not possible bro, unless you had it surgically removed. Stop whining and start training! Pooh boy! :evil:

How much longer before the next phase?
 
Ok bros. Its been exactly 8 days since my stomach virus incident. You guys told me to eat food and drink water like a madman. I did that...believe me I did that. I've been eating my 7 solid meals a day EACH MEAL with a high carb/high protein shake. So if you really want to look at it....its more like 14 meals a day. And I've drank my usual 2 gallons of water per day.

I was 190lbs before my bulking cycle. I went up to 212lbs in 8 weeks. Since I got the stomach virus...I lost fucking 12lbs in 7 days!!! 8 days later ( today ) and I weigh in at 203lbs! And I do not look soft and flat. I acutally still look pumped up.

WTF!! All this food eating, training, juicing, sleeping for nothing! I gained so much and lost a lot of it! I was fucking strong and huge. Now I'm weaker and smaller. Even my own wife and bros at the gym are shocked on how much weight I lost!

Damn! And I was hoping to post pics of myself so that you bros can see how much I've grown since this past summer. But now it is not even worth posting my pics. So fucking pissed off! ALL FOR NOTHING!!!
 
I will never understand how you guys get sick and lose weight so fast. I gain 2 lbs. just driving by McDonald's.

Well...no offense Dial. But you are older right? Your metabolism isn't that fast as the younger guys. Shit I'm 30 and my metabolism isn't all that great neither.
 
Here are some current pics. Now imagine me 9lbs bigger. No! Not fatter! Actual muscle! Fucking stomach virus. Why is it that whenever you want to achieve something, there is always something or somebody out there to stop you or slow you down from achieving your goals????
 
I just hope the next cycle that I hit, which will be in 2 weeks, will bring up the muscle fast!
