Fucking asshole.....Looks like a real solid routine though Louden. Sounds like a good idea to me. Ive been working around my tendonitus by just switching grip on certain back exercises, and changing to other back movements. I think its always good to switch between PLing and BBing. Powerlifting can put alot of stress on your joints,depending on how you train, sometimes a rest can be good, and youll develop more mass at the same time. Later you can always go back. :D

oh..btw, i like your new signature brotha. and if you do have tendonitis, some anti-inflammatories might help like aleve or something. i remember doing shirt work for the first time i had some bouts with tendonitis(loved that pain though!!). oh and just ignore debaser, louden. we're behind ya brotha!! tb

hehe thanX Brute! Nice. Havent tried Alieve. What about Motrin? I have these Motrin 800 pills the Doc gave me when I busted my knuckle on the power rack. Wonder if theyd help? Ya like tendonitus pain huh? hehe It surely pisses me off :mad:

Expect to see alot of progress from you Louden!!!!
