regarding Nude minors states that the subject:
Must be in a Sexual situation or be performing a Sexual act(touching themselves etc) for it to be considered child Pornography.

I remember my first sexual feelings were toward 15-16 year old girls, and my first sexual ecnounters were with them as well. In some ways I guess I will always find things about them sexy.
