How to Modify Crum's Diet for Women?

Got it, got it, got it. Eating breakfast right now.

So I've actually been eating fewer calories than maintenance. I'm not losing weight--I've actually gained a few--but I don't really need to lose pounds, just body fat. I'm not a competitive BB or fitness girl; I just had my bf checked and it's anywhere from 14.1 (calipers) through 16.9 Tanita on athlete mode.

I wouldn't flatter myself to think it's 14 percent; I'd like to get it there. And yes, Cobra, my acticity level is high, as you defined it.

Crum: In a month, after I've followed yer diet to the letter, I'll post some before and afters. I need to get a cam. But tell you what: my jugs ain't NEVA gonna look like the ones in your picture.

Modified diet

Okay, I cant eat any fish (allergies and stuff) do you think that I can change canned tuna to canned chicken? The fat content is substantially higher....but its quick and easy. Fat content is as follows

Tuna:0.5 g
Ham or Chicken, canned: roughly 5 g

What should I do about this??

I must say this diet was great for me to lose some bodyfat then maintain it but I hit a plateau and summer is around the corner so I'm trying a keto for 3 or 4 weeks....once I'm done with keto I'll be back on the modified diet....

wish i could tell you i've been successful, but i've just been maintaining. withdrawing from this depo poison has kept me pretty well bloated--major water retention. haven't gained anything, but haven't lost, either. and my abdomen is very distended...26-inch waist one day, 28-inch the next...it's very, very discouraging.

love to hear advice about this bloating stuff...

SHOULD I REDUCE MY CALORIES? i've been eating 1500-1600 but i've been reading that most of the women eat 1300 a day, perhaps i should cut back? (5'2", 120, about 17 percent bf, lift heavy 4x/week, cardio 4-5x/week, 60 min or HIT)

DANDELION ROOT HAS NOT WORKED FOR ME...anything else i could try besides bilberry, juniper, uva ursi? that shit never works for me.

ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS? Should I just starve myself and/or do more cardio?

"doing it right" is not doin' it for me....i am bumming big time.

i also plateaued after about 3 months on the diet.
now im lower carb...but still high fiber. fat is also higher than it was on crums diet.

i can affort to do a couple traial and error diets as winter is approaching.

this one seems really good at the moment.:)
