ok ive reached my weight goal eaisly but I have having a really hard time getting rid of my chest fat. Ive tried YES and it helped a little but not near what I need. Any advise? I do cardio 5-6 days a week and burn off atleast 600 cals each time in about 45 mins.
try doing pushups. work yourself up from 3-4 sets and about 15-25 reps. just an estimate try mixing it up with intensity also. That works for me to firm it and lose the fat

run an AI (preferably aromasin or AIFM)- low dose with yohimburn ES.
of course as with any wieght loss diet and activity level are key. just a few less calories (a few more below maintainance- if your over maintainance then fat loss is real tricky) and a little more exercise each day (even just a 20 minute walk more) can make a BIG difference.
Im currently on AIFM after coming off my last cycle. And yes I do lift alot that isnt the problem. its just frustrating being at the weight I want but not looking like I want in the mirror. Ill try and post a pic later today
