wtf?!mistahsaleen said:try doing pushups. work yourself up from 3-4 sets and about 15-25 reps. just an estimate try mixing it up with intensity also. That works for me to firm it and lose the fat
jpt said:are you just doing cardio? you need to incorporate some kind of lifting routine in there...what is your diet like??
ok...what was your last cycle? did you use proper pct? and post your diet...like poysyn said that's 90% of it!! i've seen lots of people that think they have good diets and then when other's start taking a look they figure out that "on point" diet sucked.SFArugger said:Im currently on AIFM after coming off my last cycle. And yes I do lift alot that isnt the problem. its just frustrating being at the weight I want but not looking like I want in the mirror. Ill try and post a pic later today

The imbalance of having more fat in one area than the other looks funny no matter how lean someone is.

what imbalance?
The ways peoples bodies distribute fat can't be manipulated, even with massive amounts of drugs. The fat will come off in the most stubborn places last. Drugs could help keep it off and stay leaner longer but not re-distributed.
healother said:yeah. what about that whole yohimburn stuff? does that actually work? Or I suppose there is some type of lipo for the desperate.
sometimes its a tough call though. like wouldnt someone want to have a really veiny and detailed neck, just so that their chest could be lean? these things gotta be taken into consideration. for a bodybuilding contest, sure, make everything lean. but for life, its different.
I know that genes cant me manipulated yet. But I'm saying that I'm not sure if getting leaner will necessarily solve the problem, because that area will always stand out as having more fat than the rest of your body. its a comparison. its not like everyone's body fat will measure 3 mm all over their body when they lean out. in some areas it will be thicker than others, no matter how lean one gets.

macrophage69alpha said:same goes for estrogenic fat (now this may mean constant low dose suppression of estrogen, but it is certainly possible)...
