its the area right underneath my nipples. i just did chest yesterday and i can feel the soreness and the hardness all over my chest but the lower part. there seems to be nothing there. i do the decline bench all the time, but it hasnt helped. but the funny thing is, im actually stronger on the decline bench then the incline bench but my upper chest is a lot better than my lower. is there any specific exercises that i dont know about? let me know bros.
