how to improve my lower chest

its the area right underneath my nipples. i just did chest yesterday and i can feel the soreness and the hardness all over my chest but the lower part. there seems to be nothing there. i do the decline bench all the time, but it hasnt helped. but the funny thing is, im actually stronger on the decline bench then the incline bench but my upper chest is a lot better than my lower. is there any specific exercises that i dont know about? let me know bros.
 
If your upper chest is alot bigger than your lower chest then post pictures! Everyone always says that they never see people with defined upper chests, I personally have the reverse problem.
 
declines and dips is the way to go.

Running, Swimming, and Jumping rope will naturally firm up those titties. It really works well, your body knows it cant use anything extra flopping around up there.
 
Dips

I used to do decline presses and I was pretty strong at it. Lower chest improved a bit, but when I was just lifting for endurance all I did was dips/push ups, my lower chest improved a great deal. Dips are the way to go, use weight if it's too easy.
