how would you build up your upper body on arms?

I’ve been training for about 6 or 7 months and so far I’ve made good gains in my lower body
wondering what are some fast ways I can build up my upper body specifically my arms? I have really skinny arms and my lower body is very thick and strong so there’s definitely an imbalance I don’t know what I’m doing wrong
 
weighted pull-ups work amazingly well
 
try doing some Pilates like dolphin poses
 
drop sets post-workout work really well at exhausting the arms
 
dips and pull ups are the way to do it
 
Go heavy on the curls and then do your pull-ups that will work every time
 
if you're having trouble growing a muscle might want to consider using steroids at some point as well
 
Prioritize the body parts you want to bring up. You cannot prioritize everything at once. Cut back on legs. Instead of legs twice a week do them once and consider an arm day. Also, your biceps recover quicker than bigger body parts so you can hit them more frequently. Biceps are not a strong point for me either so I hit them 3 times a week.
