How often do you guys train each body part whilst on AAS?

i was thinking of working out 6 days a week,

mon-chest and bi's

Tue-back and tri's

wed- shoulders and legs, traps

thursday-sunday repeat

its only been 2 days and im sore as hell, i heard once a week if u kill the muscle creates more growth, i believe so too, wanted to know what u guys think
 
I hit it the same, hard while on juice and hard while off, 1 body part per week

Mon- Chest, Calves
tue- Back
Wed- Tris, bis
Thus- Shoulders, traps, Calves
Fri- Legs, Forearms
Sat- Off
Sun- Off
Fri-
 
Mon - Legs 35 minutes
Tues - Chest 35 minutes
Weds - Back 30 mins
Thurs - Shoulders 30 minutes.
Friday - Arms 30 minutes
Sat & Sun Off
 
On AA's I work out 6-7 days a week. Overtraining? Maybe...but I have nothing better to do.

My workout days are as such..

(1)chest/tri's/abs
(2)back/lats/traps/bi's/abs
(3)legs/abs jog 2 miles at the park afterwards
(4)shoulders/bi's/abs

repeat...

I start out every exercise VERY light(like 25lbs) and do about 25reps to lubricate my joints. Then I pyramid up to max and back down for about 8-10 reps each. Usually about 6 or 7 sets. I stretch between EVERY set. I am very careful about not getting injured so thats why I do this. Injuries suck big time and can ruin a cycle and put you behind the power curve for months.
