thats not all that good, i benched 305 before ever doing a cycle and I weighed 180 at 5' 8"

Who me? Thats why I said "I've always been a crappy bencher". I've been working out seriously since may. I'm 6'2", if I were 2 foot tall I'm sure I'd be a great bencher.

Get ready to flame away, but I've no fucking idea what wearing a shirt has to do with your bench press. Are you referring to whether or not you can see if the person is arching? If not I'm clueless.

I've never lifted in any formal competiton and after you see my numbers you'll know why :)

10 Years ago 5'11 175lbs Max Bench was 295, however I was a Pitcher for baseball, and a setter for a college volleyball team so bulk wasn't really good for my speed and flexibility.

Now 5'11 192lbs Benching 235 sets of 6, guessing max to be around 275. Dumbells flat using 75's-80's.

I've never truly tried to bulk up, this will be my first attempt to bulk up and add a ton of strength, prior experience in lifting was for speed, and quickness more than straight up power and size.

Hoping to be at about 215 by Christmas benching 315's or so.

There are bench shirts you can buy, custom for whatever your size is. Powerlifters use em, basically its just a tight as hell shirt.

Weight 210

100 X 11 dumb bells
105 X 8 dumb bells

Whiskey

I do not do them anymore....

I used to be a bench freak pileing on as much weight as I could do...I have my own opinion about flat barbell benching which I do not feel like debating....

Strickly Incline and flat dumbell press, flyes....It's all about the inner muscle feeling....

BIZ!!

Who cares? This reminds me of somebody that says to somebody on a skateboard "Do an ollie" or see's somebody in a hotrod and says "do a burnout man".

Yep, the bench is an ego lift, just like "how big are your arms", but thats what people want to know.
