Hey my 1rm is 235, but I did 45 lbs for 131 reps. Holy shit my arms felt like they were going to fall off

fuck you you fat fuck. i powerlifted competitvely for years. you bench over 600 naturally? kiss my ass. dont get pissed because there are people out there with a waist size under 40 who can bench 500. where the fuck do you live? on a mountain in alaska? a 500 pound bench is not that rare anymore. jesus, you fat fucks never cease to amaze me. shut the fuck up and set some records with your natural ass. idiot.

I didn't need chemical help...We've had lifts in our league in a world-class range WITHOUT one drop of juice (although we have caught a few cheaters). I just upsets me to see someone work that hard and some little Roidhead comes along and puts up 550 pounds and outdoes someone who puts up 500 pounds NATURALLY, without cheating.
Can you understand this?

So using powerlifting techniques added 100lbs. to my max bench. Lots of fun, not to mention motivating when your lifting with someone who weighs 380 and benches 800!
