how many of you ladies...

I do them twice a week

I would do them everyday if my body wasnt sore

I hate doing upper body, i feel like i get a better work out when i do squats, deads, lunges etc...
 
That's impressive tatyana.. I seen some chic doing deads at about 185lb in the gym the other day, perfect form, she looked good.

Always nice to see women that are dedicated and not cutting any corners.

it is interesting that the women tend to focus on the lower body while the guys prioritize the upperbody

I love squats but not deadlifts. I just did a personal best 195lbs 3 times for squats. I will slip deadlifts in occassionally (75lbs for 10 reps) but the love is not there.
