but would love to compete,

How do you manage the time, it is a big commitment!
Actually 8 hours max per week. Its all diet. The food prep sucks but hell you do not feel like going anywhere starving anyway! Do a masters show.....BTW this post has been around since Jesus.

so true man...so true
especially old people. Old men aand women are always telling me how thier 13 and 14 year old grandsons are 3 times my size and the men tell me how i get to look forwar d to looking like a piece of shit when Im 60 because they looked 10X better than me back in WW2...sheesh...I just want to get them all T-shirts that say "The older I get the greater I was"

I really like the 20 year old in the pub that comes up to you while your playing pool and tells you that he "used to be" 110kg as well but then his mum died, dad died, girlfriend left him, so he got all depressed and lost 40kg

Not until I hit 320/340ish off season. Highest I've been is 274 in the past with my waist in the 34inch range at 6'4. In my current avi I was 238ish. Now back up to mid 260's and in the same condition.

Being my height sucks. But Now I gotta suck it up and get back up there in the weight and beyond and keep my condition in decent shape. I won't step foot out again until I'm 260-270 bone dry. Otherwise I'm not wasting the time or money again.
