210 lbs @ 5.5% body fat at 5'9 trying to stay under 6% and grow. January its time to getready for the junior nationals !! Heavy weight here I come !!

1. Alternate diet every few weeks from gaiining caloires 18 times body weight for 2 weeks 50/25/25 p/c/( then cut caloires to 12-15 times body weight 60/30/10 with carb up meal m, th night of about 300 grams of carbs to prevent thyroid from shutting down
and increase cardio by 2 session of lower intesnity
2. sprints on bike 2-3 times per week 20 minutes balls out for 30 seconds then rest for 1:30 seconds
3. load creatine on gaining phase ( I use trac less watewr retension)
4 tribestan helps tremendously on a down cycle (been clean for 8 months)
5 geting ready to experiment with insilin for 3 weeks 5 ius post work out with 50 grams complex carbs 50 grams whey protein and 10 gram glutmeine and 5 grams creatine NO ALA doing this becaseu it can make you drop really fast with insulin
Goal is 220 at 5% bf by march before junior nationals

eq 300-400 a week
gh 4 ius a day split 2 ius am 2 ius later on, butnot before bed time
current diet
450 protein ( only one shake )
250 carbs
100 grams fat 30-40 % EFAS
