How many here is 220 with bf% less then 8-9

I am 20 years old, 6'1'', and weighed 258 yesterday. My bf is 7 or 8% tops as I am very lean. To the guy who is saying post pics just come to Vegas and you will know I'm not the type to bullshit. My goal is to be 300 lbs by next year and than to be shredded at 280-290 lbs. The bigger I get the more I want.

I turn 32 tomorrow, so I've been going at it for about 16 years, 12 solid anyway. As far as the lady goes, that was just luck.

My best advice is lift heavy, eat a shit load of protein, and stay away from partying. That is probably the three key points to my solid gains.
 
I have to agree that most people think their at a lower bodyfat percentage than they really are. So what I'm saying is that most people aren't lying when they give their stats, they are just mistaken. I'm sure most people don't think they are abusing steroids either. But I'm sure there are also some people here who are not telling it like it is. I guess pics could bring reality to light, but for most that won't happen.
 
240 pounds at 5' 10" with about 7% bodyfat. I am 24 years old. I can see veins in my abs and legs and a little bit of cross striations in my quads. - cbeaks
 
I'm 7'7, and about 575lbs. I'm not sure how many decimal points are in my body fat percentage (there isn't a machine that can calculate it yet), but it's less than 1%. No one has ever seen me though because I just work out here in my basement, and only rarely leave the house to go anywhere. Pictures? Uh,...I don't have a camera. I swear though. Oh yeah, after a 36 hour carb up I benched 900 lbs, but no one was there to verify the record.

It's just funny because I've trained in a lot of gyms in St. Louis, Chicago, Las Vegas, LA and northern California, and I can count on both hands all of the REAL LIFE people I've seen who are 225+ and "truely" sub 9% (aside from the pros at Gold's Venice etc). Yet this board is filled with them. Anything is easy to accomplish on the computer I guess. :rolleyes:

and how many people in your gym in St. Louis ---Las Vegas etc. sit on steroid board-----maybe one person in the gym---so I don't see your point-----I know personalily a national compt---that hits this site from time to time(he has never put his picture up) and never has to------why on earth does anyone need a cyber pat on the back-----Those are the sad ones(esp. the guys that talk open about gear and post their picture with no problems--not even hidding tatoos or the face)---my old gym out here in san diego probably had 35% of the people on gear-----were they all 9% a 225 of course not but their are more then I could count that were 9% or under---you see not all were tall-------hell Derik Farnsworth comes in at under 154@ 5'2(contest shape)4%----and on stage he would smoke everybody here out of the water---but 154 doesn't sound to impressive does it......but its a lot more impressive then a guy 6'4 230 at 9%-----atleast to me it is...peace

by the way --most of the people claiming to be 9% or under are over 225-and 6' or over-----(if you think thats big, you better hit the gym-----peace

210 lbs @ 5.5% body fat at 5'9 trying to stay under 6% and grow. January its time to getready for the junior nationals !! Heavy weight here I come !!

secert to staying leans
1. Alternate diet every few weeks from gaiining caloires 18 times body weight for 2 weeks 50/25/25 p/c/( then cut caloires to 12-15 times body weight 60/30/10 with carb up meal m, th night of about 300 grams of carbs to prevent thyroid from shutting down
and increase cardio by 2 session of lower intesnity
2. sprints on bike 2-3 times per week 20 minutes balls out for 30 seconds then rest for 1:30 seconds
3. load creatine on gaining phase ( I use trac less watewr retension)
4 tribestan helps tremendously on a down cycle (been clean for 8 months)
5 geting ready to experiment with insilin for 3 weeks 5 ius post work out with 50 grams complex carbs 50 grams whey protein and 10 gram glutmeine and 5 grams creatine NO ALA doing this becaseu it can make you drop really fast with insulin

Goal is 220 at 5% bf by march before junior nationals
Fina 117 mgs m,w,f
winny 50 mgs a day
eq 300-400 a week
gh 4 ius a day split 2 ius am 2 ius later on, butnot before bed time

current diet
450 protein ( only one shake )
250 carbs
100 grams fat 30-40 % EFAS
