Actually the only perfectly accurate measure of a persons bodyfat% would be via disection and sepatation off all fatty tissue from the body... Hmmm , think I'll stick to something a little less accurate... Oh well.. For what it matters I'm 233 today @ 11% plus or minus about 2% for error... So unless you were disected and reassembled you have to consider a margin of error of a few percent.. Usually 2-3% depending on method, # of measurements considered, water retention, etc...............
