How many here is 220 with bf% less then 8-9

I got my fat checked with some of those calipers and they said 14% but I think that is a little low but I'm 270,and natural except for that one time I hit winny for like 4 weeks:p

Well, I forgot I to add that I did weigh myself right after I got out of the shower. LOL What's up big pimp! Have you talked to our friend in Kosovo?

what is the best way to get your fat checked , I think those damn electric scales ar full of shit , I gain and loose like 15% in 3 days . WTF

I've heard different things, some say water displacement, some say caliper. I would like to know this to.

I'm 235 (bulking up) right now man @ 6ft 1. My bodyfat is fairly high right now, but I am not worried about it. I am probably around 20% easy. I am still natural right now though and plan on doing a cycle in the next year and a half after I cut up again. The lowest my bodyfat has ever been was around 5%, but I was only weighing around 180 at the time. That was a couple years ago and I have put on more muscle since then. I know a lot of the guys on the board don't like being bulked or letting their bodyfat creep as high as mine, but I am still natural and I think for a natural lifter you really have to bulk up for long periods to make that progress. I plan on staying bulked and lifting my ass off for the next year and a half and then leaning back down to at least 10% bf. Then it's all out with some nice cycles to get my mass on. -late
 
I am 100 kg:s don´t know what that is in pounds.....
My bf is around 9-10.
soon my DNP cycle is over so maby i´ll loose some water...:cool:
