How many days/hours per week do you C&C'ers train?

Starting today 7 days a week...... of cardio. 5 days a week of dumbell workouts mixed in with cardio.

It's time......

I hope you all have as good a month as I am going to have.

my goal for the next 4 weeks is losing 25-35 lbs..... and yes its possible and I will prove it is.
 
My current routine is Mon-Wed-Fri.

Mon - Legs
Wed - Chest, shoulder, tris, abs
Fri - Back, bis and forearms

Probably takes me 3-4 hours in total per week. That's balls to the wall, everything to failure.


Very active lifestyle outside of working out keeps me lean without cardio. At 41 it takes me much longer to recover. Though, that could be due to my constant lack of sleep and outside activities.
 
I'm gonna try and do a 20-30 crossfit-type workout with kettle bells in the AM 3X/week and get on the bike for 60-90 min at night. I got a high school reunion coming up this summer so I gotta show the chicks what they missed. I'm planning on boning somebody.

about 3 days a week i lift.
i TRY to do some cardio 3 days a week too, but admittedly don't always get that in.
 
B4 I was injured 10-12 hours a week cardio/weights. I'll be back up to that shortly i hope.
